Waited over an hour for the doctor to spend less than five minutes in the room with us. Dr. Jafari clearly didnt look at the chart or any of the CT or MRI scans and couldnt be bothered to look at them when asked. He couldnt care less about the reason for the referral or other doctors opinions. Walked out with a diagnosis of nose bleeds rather than any information or help with the actual reason for the visit.

i visited the performing voice clinic due to a vocal injury i had while extensively singing. it was a nightmare trying to get a referral in canada to see an ENT so i decided to go private in america. Juli went above and beyond to accommodate me on short notice and i appreciate it so much, shes seriously a rockstar. She even went through the trouble of connecting me to a SLP back in canada. Andrew is the one who examined me and hes also a rockstar. such a super nice person and took all my concerns very seriously. i had a stroboscopy done and it was quick, painless, and thorough. for me, whats most important isnt the stroboscopy itself - that can be done anywhere. its the fact that they took everything i said seriously and understood the gravity of the situation for me. its oftentimes VERY difficult to get medical professionals to take vocal injuries seriously but not once were any of my concerns disregarded while i was here. thank you to the whole team, youre all doing genuinely amazing work!! if i could give 6 stars i would but i cant so heres a picture of my cat PS. i think yall should separate the performing voice clinic on google maps because these reviews people see are NOT indicative of the performing voice clinic.

Im a nurse and am here in Seattle as a travel nurse. Im appalled at the lack of empathy and concern displayed. I have a history of throat cancer and when new severe voice changes and sore throat with severe pain started and I am less than 1 year post radiation- they still wanted me to wait 3 months for an appointment to get in. Even had a provider review the case and determine it wasnt urgent What?! My oncologist from Atlanta even called and asked that I be seen immediately and they still determine it isnt urgent. What kind of provider is that? As a nurse, Im absolutely shocked and disgusted. No thank you- I will gladly fly back to Atlanta where they take things a lot more seriously. If you have any kind of an urgent need then I suggest you look elsewhere.

This place is genuinely the most costly medical clinic I've ever been to, and with my medical history that's saying something. Even with top of the line insurance, you're looking at close to $1K for a simple check in visit and an easy $2-4K for any testing services. On top of that, you will probably sit in their secondary waiting room for an extra 1.5hrs each visit, only for that $700 visit to last 15 minutes and accomplish nothing. So unless you want to sell a kidney to pay for your visit, look elsewhere.

Had a great experience for an awful situation. The Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Center as well as Fred Hutch provided a top-notch, proud to be from Washington team. I'm not talking being irritated because you waited too long in the waiting room, had to pay a co-pay and shop around for a cheaper doc. stuff. This TEAM rocks! Their best practices were evident our whole stay at the UW. Dr. Marchiano and the surgery team are a wonderful example of doctors who look you in the eye and listen. The medical team was constantly present and all the nurses were amazing. The ball was not dropped once for a very COMPLEX surgery. Not one doc in my area were able to accomplish what the UW and Fred Hutch did. Follow-up care was excellent and spot on. I highly recommend them for all your needs. Hey, if you had a great experience let them know! They need to hear the good news, too!
