I had a great experience with Dr Goel and his team when I had a shoulder fracture this year. They heard all the details of my injury carefully and explained everything very well to me and my husband during all the follow ups. All their advices were very helpful during my shoulder recovery process. I got to know about him through a friend who had a similar kind of good experience. I would definitely recommend him anyday! Dr. Goel is fabulous. He listens with compassion and explains things clearly. He is also very patient with those of us who are weary of surgery. I highly recommend!!

I almost had to cancel my annual family fishing trip due to excruciating pain in my CMC joint. After a quick visit and a couple X rays Dr. Goel was immediately able to determine what the problem was. He gave me a couple quick cortisone injections and sent me on my way. The next day I was on the way to coast and had no problems cranking in the big ones! It has been almost two years since the treatment and my hand/thumb have been totally fine and pain free ever since. Dr. Goel is a great listener, takes his time, knows what he is doing and is clearly very skilled at what he does. If you have any problems with your hand make sure to give him a call. Highly recommend!

I had a major L&I accident to my middle finger and ER doctors wanted to amputate from the middle knuckle. Dr. Goel gave me a second opinion and was able to refer me to a hand plastic surgeon who got me in for surgery that night. Dr. Goel was the only doctor who didnt care my case was a L&I case and helped me save my finger. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Excellent care! I am vacationing in Washington State this summer and recently sustained a broken and fractured wrist. While I received excellent care from a Seattle area Emergency Room, I was dismayed to learn the next day that the surgeon the ER had referred me to did not accept my out-of-state insurance. I knew my injury was serious; I was a long way from home; I was in pain and at a loss as to what to do. It was then that I was referred to Dr. Rajiv Goel by a former patient of his. I looked him up in the Internet and said yes! Immediately after first initiating an online inquiry to Dr. Goels office, his very capable assistant (Kelly) called me, confirmed my insurance directly with my provider, arranged a next day consult at the Bellevue Hand Surgery Clinic, and secured a surgery appointment for just two days later at Swedish Hospital! Throughout this process Dr. Goel was highly professional, careful to teach as well as answer all of my questions, exhibited appropriate concern for me, and reassured me about a likely good outcome. Further, he personally met with me immediately prior to, and after, surgery in the operating room. I have had prior orthopedic surgeries but have never been more pleased by a surgeons skill or post-operative counsel and encouragement by both Dr. Goel and his medical assistant John. I am healing beautifully and expect full functionality of my wrist and hand as I return home. Should you ever need such expert care, I highly recommend Dr. Rajiv Goel and his capable team.
