        Dr. Kortne is great. But there's a front desk person at the West Seattle Office with a nasty attitude. Long story short, I told her I didn't get an appointment reminder when I checked in. She explained to me but with quite a bit of attitude. When I was checking out and making the next appointment, she said to me "make sure to put it on your calendar, so you don't have to rely on the reminder"

        Sound Orthodontics is wonderful! Every staff member I've encountered has been great, and I'm loving the progress on my teeth. As an adult, the invisalign solution they offer is a great fit for me and my lifestyle. I'm seeing quick results and completely attribute it to the expertise of the doctors at Sound Orthodontics!
