      image If this is the same Ellen Chuang that was at Weill Cornell at 425 E. 61st St. back in 2007, I would say stay far far away. After she prescribed tamoxifen for me and I had every single side effect after eight months, she said oh you dont really really need it. Then she wanted me to do the Brach Gene testing but said it would cost $1800 out of pocket and insurance would not cover it, so I called my GYN And they did it for the $30 copayment.
