        Dr. Krane and her team gave me my life back. I had a near total obstruction in my small intestine d/t a fibrostenotic stricture (previous dx of Crohn's disease). From the initial visit to discharge post-surgery, my experience was that the entire team was swift, professional, and great at communication, follow-through, and coordinating care. Best of all: She identifies the problem and resolves it. I had an ileo-ileal anastamosis using Kono-S technique, but she also went the extra mile by inspecting the rest of my jejunum and ileum to confirm their condition. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Krane and her team. Definitely worth flying down from Alaska. One month post-surgery and my friends cannot believe how my health has recovered (I had lost 45 pounds of bone and muscle and was on TPN, clear liquids only for 4 months before sugery.) I am so grateful.
