Billing practices are AWEFUL! Twice I have been billed for services and items I did not receive. Contacted billing right away and was told it had been resolved. A YEAR later they tried billing me AGAIN FOR THE SAME THINGS. !!! Both times! Great docs(at least the ones they still have) but HORRIBLE BILLING SYSTEM.

This clinic is a front for predatory insurance and billing practices. My wife went to Dr. Rezendes for a hearing issue. It was a simple check-up to look in her ear. We received a bill for what insurance didnt cover and it claims that she received a Surgery/Procedure Code. Quite literally the doctor used a cotton swab to clear a bit of ear wax to look in her ear, and somehow that equates to - Surgery? The level of absurdity is mind boggling. Weve reached out to our insurance and declared it as fraudulent. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

I have a number of specialist that I see at the Poly Clinic:: what causes me to be profoundly irritated: ::::: to get a covid -19 test if u may have been exposed or had symptoms or have symptoms. A person must know your password for the My Chart. Plus, have your insurance card & proof of identification. At the Poly Clinic those covid-19 tests are not free. As a senior your insurance company is to partially charge their insurer for the test. Lots of Hoops to jump through. The Poly Clinic makes it very hard. Plus, the PolyClinic sent me an unexpected invoice for $314. We as seniors are entitled to. Free annual physical. That unexpected bill according to Medicare could only be charged $71.00. I love my doctor but, the policies at the PolyClinic make it difficult: waited on the phone to talk to a real live human a very long time. Make it easier to get a covid-19 test
