I have seen my orthopedic surgeon Dr. Navin Fernando here for follow-up appointments after my joint replacement surgeries. He is an amazing, exceptionally skilled and highly recommended doctor. I've had several friends who were also fortunate enough to have him as their surgeon. Nothing but 5 stars!

I am writing to warn disabled patients of my decision to cancel any upcoming appointments at this facility due to concerns about the staff's behavior and knowledge regarding service dogs. During my recent visit to schedule an appointment, I experienced discomfort as multiple staff members intruded into my personal space to interact with my service dog. I explained that such actions are not only illegal but also hinder the dog's ability to perform its duties. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging their error and apologizing, the staff members reacted dismissively. This lack of awareness and professionalism, especially in a medical setting, is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for ADA regulations and the needs of patients with service animals.
