Well Im the kidney expert Literally one of the least helpful doctor Ive ever been to. He basically blew off the fact that I have 8 tumors in my kidneys, didnt ask if we should test for TSC (a rare genetic disorder causing tumors..in the kidney). He only suggested I get an MRI after 6 months, which is silly because he has no idea what the growth rate of the tumors is, except I didnt have them in 2014 and now I do. My urine is bright orange, usually filled with WBCs (kidney infection) and he suggested I take an random over the counter probiotic supplement, that Im already taking. I feel like I know less than before I went.

Have been having a really tough time with lupus nephritis after weeks of uncomfortably high blood pressure and extreme weight gain from edema. Dr. Amro and his team was on top of it and got me treatment right away. He listened to all my concerns, listened to my story and journey with lupus so far, and worked with me to find the best treatment and I felt optimistic and hopeful leaving his office.
