Ted was really great to work with! Really friendly and knowledgable, got that neighborly feel. Ted's rates were very competitive. In fact, he marginally beat out my bank's rate. I built a long relationship with my bank's broker, so ended up staying with him. But I felt like I would have been in great hands had I decided to take Ted's lower rate.
