        Painful and horrible experience. Paid Apple care premium to have a barely shattered iPhone screen replaced through them, appt was at 3:20, they were running behind so I got checked in finally by like 4:30, told me to come back to pick up the phone in 45 mins, I came back an hour and a half later and some other guy told me there was a "miscommunication" and the dudes are just getting back from lunch and are just NOW starting my repair so I had to wait another hour and a half. Came back after a total of FOUR HOURS, to find out they "couldn't get the screen off to repair the phone" and in trying they broke my phone completely so it was unusable and wouldn't turn on. They directed me to Apple but since I wasted half my day and called out of work to be there, had to wait a couple extra days to even get a working phone. It would've helped if maybe they expressed a little bit more sincerity or seemed the least bit apologetic.
