In a nutshell, they ripped us off. I started to write up what happened, but got so angry, I didn't want to finish & deleted it. For you own sake, avoid these guys. The prices aren't that great, the people & customer service is *terrible*, they don't stand behind anything they do. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
