I have never met anyone as professional as Matt from the beginning to the end of the whole process. I am a very picky person at anything I do and also when it comes to choosing the right person for the job. Life treats me well and lead me to Matt, I am extremely thankful from the bottom of my heart of all the things he had done throughout the whole process. I didnt have to worry about a thing, he took the stress away from me while I was in a very stressful state. His professionalism shined through since I met him. He multi-tasked and was efficient by helping me move, checking the whole condo and had a discussion with me about how he would handle the process and also recommended the best choices for me on the same day. He was very responsive and quick, I knew I could rely on him to take care of everything for me. He was very transparent and always kept me updated with details on every step before and after it happened. All the paperwork went through smoothly, the unit staging and photographs for listing look so great, I was extremely impressed! I strongly believe that Matt is an expertise in real estate. His work is exceptionally professional and it showed. He is very knowledgeable, answered all my tricky questions professionally and always went above and beyond when helping me. He did his greatest job to make the whole selling process a smooth transaction in the very least amount of time. I was filled with joy when I saw that my condo was listed on Sunday and received an offer on a Tuesday! Condo was on pending status starting Wednesday; all of that happened within a few days and it was all because Matt made all the right judgement and decisions. Matt Talbott (Realtor, RE/MAX Metro Realty) was phenomenal! We chose Matt to sell our Seattle home in April 2019. He and his team were outstanding start to finish. Matt was very considerate, listened to our needs, and tailored a clear plan to sell our home for as much as possible in the least amount of time. He made the process painless, efficient, and took all the guess work out by keeping us informed each step of the way. He truly surpassed our expectations. He was very personable and professional. We did a walk through so he could have a better sense of our homes condition. He took notes as we visited each room. Once we sat down, he showed a genuine interest in our goals and timeline by asking the right questions. He also spent a great deal of time answering our questions regarding the market and what itd take to make our home competitively marketable. Matt was instrumental in getting our home market ready. We knew our home needed work and for the past month we were struggling to find the right materials and trusted workers to perform. He introduced us to a trusted contractor who carefully assessed where wed get the most return for our money and provided us a detailed list of materials and labor costs that were within our means and timeline. Matt met with us at Home Depot the following day to help us find each item on the list to have ready for the contractor. This was nice because we knew exactly where each dollar was being spent. Within a few short weeks the project was complete, and we couldnt have been happier with the result! Matt knows the Seattle market. He presented a clear and concise market analysis of recent sales and current listings of similar homes in our area. This made it easy for us to agree upon a list price that would cause our home to sell among the competition. In addition, he knew how to market our home. The professional staging was beautiful. Matt also arranged a professional photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and attracted serious buyers. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. Matts hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off our listing looked amazing! It truly showed our home in the best light. After one weekend of open houses, a handful of private showings, and diligent follow up with all interested parties, Matt presented us with a great offer in just 6 days.
