Our friends recommended Kimberly to us for our first home purchase. They couldn't be more right. Kimberly was the perfect fit for us and we couldn't ask for a better agent. After talking with several realtors, I asked Kimberly to help my daughter buy her first house. Kimberly and her team were very professional during the complete process. She listened to my daughter's needs and started providing listings that met the requirements. Kimberly has extensive experience in the Seattle market and helped us identify homes in the right neighborhoods and at attractive prices. She also provided contacts with lenders, a specialized attorney (townhome with shared areas that required verification of the property), and a great inspector. She was also able to obtain a price reduction and additional features from the builder (new home) in a sellers' market. The closing process was easy and after the purchase Kimberly was available to help deal with minor issues that came up.

Kim was the ideal realtor. She guided us through the complicated process of securing our condo, helped with many decisions beyond one would expect from a realtor.
