Wow...Gretchen, who acted as a buyers agent for us, works hard! She is conscientious, available and goes the extra mile all the time. All whilst being friendly, boundaried, sympathetic, and kind. This was our first home purchase here in the U.S, where every step of the process from viewing a property to closing is different to what we know. Gretchen expertly helped us navigate what for us was difficult process. She was comfortable with our budget and quickly understood what we were looking for. Sometimes she would gently nudge us and other times hold us back, always explaining why and expertly helping us think about the choices we were making. Gretchen acted as an expert project manager who knows every part of the process - including the unexpected hurdles. As we moved from searching and offering, to finally getting an offer accepted and purchasing a house, Gretchen made sure that all the other players played their role, keeping in touch with them as well as us. Even after the sale Gretchen has stayed in contact as we settle in, unpack and sort ourselves out. And she has a empathic and appropriate sense of humour - required on some of the days on the search when you just want to roll into a ball a cry. This kiwi (New Zealand) couple loved working with Gretchen and we will call upon her again when it comes times to move on. Thank you Gretchen...your a star.

Gretchen is an amazing realtor and we will be recommending her to everyone we know! From our initial consultation all the way through closing and moving in, she was by our side answering every question imaginable and always had our best interests in mind. As first time home buyers, we were completely unaware of the process and really required a lot of hand holding. She was incredible from showing us tons of homes to weekly status updates during the contract period, to little tips born of years of experience we always knew what was expected of us, where we needed to be, and what steps were occurring. There was never a point in time that we didnt have great open communication from Gretchen. She was outstanding! When we received our keys, she took a cute video of us and gave us a super thoughtful moving survival basket that really came in handy! I cannot say enough positive things about Gretchen! Words really do not do justice to the level of care and service she provided us during this journey.

Prior to Gretchen, I purchased two houses and sold one so I thought I had a good handle on what to expect. Gretchen shattered my expectations during a recent house sale. Her communication was superb, I found her suggestions valuable, and the final product was jaw-dropping. We had many favorable offers to choose from and experienced the ideal closing, no hiccups whatsoever. I sincerely appreciated how she helped navigate this process during a particularly stressful time and am very satisfied with the outcome.

I met Gretchen at an open house in North Bend. That particular home did not meet my needs but I was impressed with how much Gretchen knew about the home, the general market in North Bend, her easy-going and no pressure manner and how she could think outside the box with respect to presenting contingency offers (I had not yet put my current house on the market). In planning to both sell my current home and buy a new one I had interviewed a couple of other agents but ultimately both me and my daughter decided we would like to work with Gretchen. I was a little put-off by her asking for a retainer fee but ultimately everything worked out well and we were happy with our decision. We particularly appreciate her donating a portion of her commission to the charity of our choosing - very classy. Im certainly very happy in my new place and dont plan on making any changes in the foreseeable future but wont hesitate to recommend Gretchen to my friends and family.
