Danyelle was phenomenally good at making a tricky homebuying process simple and straightforward while providing us with enormous support throughout. We were first-time homebuyers who ended up being interested in a house selling via short sale with some odd conditions around the title, the property, and the purchase. We also ended up deciding to buy very rapidly and at a timeframe that overlapped with some preplanned travel. Danyelle made this all work spectacularly - helping us to understand the various complexities involved in the sale and getting an inspection setup in under 24 hours (!) from our offer being accepted to fit with our planned travel schedule. Danyelle negotiated on our behalf firmly and effectively. When Danyelle recommended inspectors or contractors to us, we found them to be competent, communicative, and fairly priced. Danyelle seemed, somehow, to be available immediately when we needed her at all times, and proactively communicated with us throughout the process. Danyelle also made us feel astonishingly welcomed and supported. She arranged for a cleaning of our home right after closing and left an extremely thoughtful housewarming gift for us to find. We are so delighted that we went with Danyelle as our realtor. We will be recommending her to all of our friends.

Danyelle is an exceptional real estate professional. She invests time to understands clients liking and interest and slowly guides them towards viable options. Never felt pressured to make a decision. I live in Texas and bought my house online with Danyelle. This was possible mainly due to the trust we were able to built with her over the 40 days of home search. I'd definitely recommend/use her services again for any real estate purpose.

Buying a home is challenging to begin with. Add in the complexity of being remote and unable to view in person. Video calls can only do so much; a huge burden still falls on the realtor to make a judgement call and identify if the buyers would emotionally connect with a home. Danyelle took the time to understand exactly what we like and to build this trust. She's been very thorough in the background work on any property we liked. She was extremely accommodative and patient throughout the process and helped making the process less stressful. We never felt rushed or compelled to put an offer despite the market being so crazy right now. We're very glad to have had Danyelle as our realtor!
