Larissa is amazing, a true professional. I have used Larissa to sell two homes, and let me tell you, she will get you top dollar. She has great design ideas to help you improve the property and to get it staged. And when it comes to negotiating, you will be glad she is on your side. I cannot recommend Larissa highly enough. I decided to sell my home of 23 years and was fortunate to have Larissa as my agent. Larissa and I sat down to discuss all aspects of putting the home on the market. Before our conversation I was really at a loss on what was the best way to proceed. My home hadnt been updated and was showing its age. Larissa explained the current market and recommended I consider a several updates to get the most value from our sale. She impressed me so much with her knowledge and approach that I asked if she could manage the remodel process. I left every decision up to her judgement. She decided on what I spent money on and what I didnt. Her communication throughout the process was amazing and she documented every detail. She was also extremely frugal with my money. Larissa used her incredible network to get all the work done in an incredibly short time (2 months). We ended up painting the entire interior, replacing all the floors, rebuilding the deck, a complete kitchen remodel and a bit more. The transformation was absolutely stunning. The result was after a 10% investment, the house sold with multiple offers and went for 56% (Im not kidding) more than I had hoped before the remodel. I was even a little worried that we were listing it for too high a number, but I trusted Larissa throughout the whole process and wasnt going to stop at the end. Larissa Sweeney is wonderful to work with. We discovered a perfect home for us with only 3 hours left before offers were due. Larissa, very quickly, worked with the selling agent, got us a viewing and helped us submit an offer that was accepted that day!
