Jeanie arranged a showing for us the first day a house was listed. As there were others interested in the property, Jeanie knew we needed to move quickly. That afternoon she wrote up the offer and by 8pm the owner had accepted. Jeanie went above and beyond our expectations to make this a smooth transaction. Would give 6 stars if I could! I'm a first time home buyer and Jeanie was incredibly helpful in educating me on the process and making sure I always was confident in the decisions I was making. She made sure the hard work was taken care of and I never had to stress about anything. She really went above and beyond in helping me close on time despite unexpected issues with the home and unforseen problems with the title company. I would 100% buy with her again and if I sell my home she'll be the first person I call.

Working with Jeanie was like my best friend showed up and magically became a real estate genius. She helped us find our forever home! We met with two other PNW realtors before finding Jeanie Kendall. Those other agents we tried to work with refused to believe a woman could handle the finances and only wanted to talk to my husband about money. But Jeanie trusted the right people were talking! (And her rates were way better - ask your realtors about their fees and if they are negotiable and what you'll be paying them for, exactly.) The other two agents were going to take thousands more dollars and do way less work. Working with Jeanie we found our third, and forever, home. She had ideas and plans that we had never heard about in our first two home purchases. Any idea we had, she would have a way to make it work -- and she went WAY above and beyond to support us through the buying and selling process. Before you sign anything with an agent: any buyer or seller should know you can shop around for realtors and find the right fit - we are thankful we found Jeanie for success selling and buying a home.

From driving us from place to place when we had a broken-down car, to explaining every technical detail in the paperwork, they handled it all in stride.
