Margo has been an incredible partner and asset to our family throughout our long-distance move to Seattle from California. She has an impressive and deep knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and residential real estate in Seattle, and her responsive, honest, and warm communication style made her the perfect partner for us to navigate the competitive Seattle housing market. We knew as soon as we met her that she would be the right realtor for us. On what was supposed to be an early scouting trip to Seattle, we decided to make an offer on a beautiful old home in Capitol Hill. Margo went above and beyond for us -- late nights reviewing inspection reports, scheduling last-minute second viewings of the home, recommending options at each step of the way to ensure our offer was as competitive as possible. We closed on the house (a gem of a home in a lovely neighborhood) just before interest rates rose aggressively and saved ourselves months (maybe years!) of house searching. Margo has since gone above and beyond in supporting our transition with recommendations for everything from the best CSA to the most skilled and affordable contractors to assist in our DIY renovations. We are so grateful to her for her partnership and for making our transition to Seattle as seamless as possible. Working with Margo was a great experience. She dedicated herself in helping my wife and I find our first home. Margo was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Margo was available at a moments notice to view properties, and on multiple occasions had to draft offers after a review date was changed from days to hours. Thanks to Margo's industry expertise, dedicated work ethic, and warm demeanor, my partner and I were able to purchase our first home quickly and confidently!
