I have no idea if that is actually true, as this is my first experiencing buying a home, but that's exactly what I found in Will Aufhammer from Aufhammer Homes. I had a very particular set of requirements: a house within my budget, ample yard space, and located in a very specific neighborhood of about nine square blocks. Given how particular I was, especially about the neighborhood, I braced myself for a long, possibly frustrating search. Will was fantastic to work with in the process of looking for our first home! I appreciated his insights about how the process works, strategies, and guidance. In the end, we ended up purchasing a lot to build a home instead of buying a house, and he helped us though the process of purchasing land, despite it being a more unusual route to navigate!

We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Kelly and Will on the sale of our Seabrook property. At our initial meeting, they took time to really get to know us and to listen as we fondly recounted all of the family memories that we had made at our beach cabin over the years. We worked together on generating a realistic timeline and a game plan for getting our property ready for sale. Kelly and Will worked hard to understand our goals and they provided us with an in-depth market analysis. This analysis was key to identifying a competitive list price that resulted in multiple offers being submitted over one weekend. Kelly and Will were fantastic about communicating with us every step of the way. Weekly check-ins every Wednesday morning ensured that we were on track with our plan. Additionally, they would call or text whenever necessary, and they were always incredibly responsive whenever we reached out to them. Our beach cabin property was several hours from our primary residence, yet Kelly and Will handled all of the details for us impeccably. They took care of everything required to facilitate the real estate transaction, and even helped us make interior design changes to showcase the cabin's appeal. They ordered the furniture for us, drove it out to Pacific Beach, and did all of the staging themselves. In addition to being extremely personable, Kelly and Will are true professionals: competent, dedicated, and knowledgeable. We had the opportunity to work with Will Aufhammer as we were looking to buy a condominium north of Seattle to spend more time closer to our children who live there. We had been looking online over the last year or so and decided to get more serious and hire a realtor in the last few months. Will came highly recommended having helped our son and daughter-in-law as well as several of their friends find homes in the area. Will was very attentive and thorough in his recommendations and when we ultimately found a two bedroom condo in Edmonds he arranged for a video walk through as we werent able to see the property in person.
