Selling a home is not easy but I have to say Kim did an exceptional job making it simple and fast. She was in top of it every step of the way. She has the process dialed in from making your home look stunning and ready to sell for more than I ever imagined. Bottom line she knows how to get it done and does it exceptionally well!

Kim killed it! We had been casually looking for over a year and a half with Kim to buy a home, had a few specific things we were trying to stick to and in no rush when all of the sudden we randomly looked at something we never thought would so quickly become a property we would battle for. As first time buyers, we were unaware of a lot of things that Kim quickly and calmly talked us through. She had excellent strategy options for us along the way over this quick purchase during a major holiday as well. Kims contacts in the industry granted her great rapport and dynamic with the sellers agent which was hugely insightful in order for our offer to be accepted. She was available 24/7, like I felt like we were annoying, but she reassured us it was normal and she would be by our side for it all, even 4 months after closing we still reach out and shes there to help in any way new home related. I knew I wanted a fighter as my agent and she definitely delivered in that. Highly recommend all day, any day!

Kimberly Johnson is absolutely amazing! I was in the market for a very unique and extremely difficult to find estate property and was referred to her by friend.
