Both selling and buying occurred with many possible challenges: a difficult 2 party sale which required more than double the communication, COVID 19 Pandemic and the following highly competitive market. The house sold almost immediately, for higher than anticipated sale price. My purchase offer went against 19 other offers, and he made it happen! I also faced a challenging closing process due to the rapid jump in the market and he made that happen too! The entire team is very personable, attentive and helpful. Jake clearly explained every step, he has a great network for additional services within the processes and his negotiation skills and navigation of the processes made everything seem smooth and so much less stressful than is typical. Fantastic selling and buying experience with Jake Robinett! We decided to sell in one day, he quickly got our house ready for market (pictures, listing, etc.) and accepted an offer the first day on market. He communicated with us through the entire process, always had great insight. Went to bat for us through the negotiation for our new house.
