Van was my broker when I bought my first home in Seattle in 2015. He was excellent so when I started looking for a new home this year I knew who to call! He was very responsive and professional and helped my find my new dream home. I am now using him as the listing agent for my prior home. Working with Van was such an enjoyable experience. We were moving to the area from out of state and Van offered to view and show us any house virtually as well as driving around the neighborhoods before we moved to the area to give us a better idea of what it would be like to live there. Van was also always available at a moment's notice to get us into houses for showings in order to get us the best opportunity to make an offer. As a realtor, we knew Van always had our best interests at heart and gave us solid advice on price and terms negotiations without ever pressuring us into making a decision that wasn't in our best interest. You will not make a mistake buying a house with Van!!

We couldnt recommend Van more highly. Our number one priority was having an agent who listened to us. Van not only listened, but he took notes about our conversation the first time we met him at an open house and thats why we invited him back to talk to us when it was time to put our place on the market. Van and his partner Wendy were always positive and helpful about the marketing process but they didn't sugar coat anything. They expected the house to sell quickly (and it did), but they made sure we understood that it was the market that would ultimately determine the results, and that was a difficult thing to predict much less guarantee. Their recommendation on pricing for the market was spot-on. We dont think we would have gotten nearly as much interest in the house if the initial pricing hadnt been set where it was. Van was professional and friendly. We never felt like we were on our own when it came to the selling process and he was always available with information and help from the beginning of the process to the closing.
