Love her. Used Sarah Cate for both a purchase and sale. For my sale, of course I was out of town and some of the things Id scheduled went sideways. She handled it all with grace. Purchase was something newer for both of us, a floating home. She figured everything out and left me with no questions or concerns. Super professional experience. Ive used many other realtors, ans this was my 8 annd 9th transaction, and by far the most thorough and thoughtful.

Sarah-Cate was initially a backup realtor for me and my husband. We then really enjoyed working with her because she understood our needs and vision and switched to her right after. Needless to say, although we were very particular and detailed, Sarah-Cate was able to help us close our perfect dream house. 100% recommend :)

Sarah-Cate is wonderful! She helped my partner and I buy our first home. We had rented previously and we were nervous about the process. But Sarah-Cate is so knowledgable, she made us feel much more at ease. We had A LOT of questions that she always readily answered via text and phone calls. I really appreciated that if she didnt know the answer to one of our many many questions, she would do extra research to find out and get back to us. She is patient and went to numerous listings with us, even trekking out to Vashon Island multiple times! She gave us honest advice about each home we visited and pointed out things we would have never considered. When we had an offer accepted, Sarah-Cate negotiated back and forth with the sellers, looking out for our best interest. She has also followed up multiple times since the sell, checking in on us, which is so thoughtful! I highly recommend Sarah-Cate!

Sarah-Cate is an absolutely stellar agent. As a public school teacher, I never thought I'd be able to get a house in Seattle. Not only was she was excellent at finding great options for me in and near Seattle, she also connected me with the right mortgage lenders and inspectors. She helped me through each stressful snag. She gave me honest and expert advice about each house. I felt like she really understood my needs and tailored our search and offers to maximize my chances. I'm stunned that I actually got a place in Seattle, and I owe a lot to her experience and hard work. Not only am I likely to recommend her, I already have.
