And gosh if she's on buyers side in this case on mine she's all about and for you. She arranged all althe inspections and paid for them she went into crawl space and attics, ordered sewer scopes and paid for them arranged for the inspectors and contractors and guess what paid for them to give us a bid. She goes above and beyond. I will highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.
