Alex did a fantastic job helping us purchase our first home. He takes the initiative, is kind, and very responsive. We started casually looking at homes, seeing our first one on a Thursday and the house we bought on a Friday. We put the offer in the following day, and the sellers accepted it. We are grateful for Alexs expertise and support, which helped us close our home in a little over two weeks. He has also provided contacts (general contractors, handypersons, etc.) to work with for any updates on our house. I highly recommend working with him!

Alex is a great agent and partner to work with. As first time homebuyers, Alex was super responsive, organized, and knowledgeable. He gave us options, thoroughly explained each step in the process, and helped us find our dream home on a tight timeline and even while he was out of country for part of the process. Definitely recommend working with Alex who clearly is passionate about doing whats best for his clients!

Alex is the best! He is super patient and understands your needs and preferences. He is someone you can trust 100%, has deep knowledge in quality of the elements of the home and will never pressure you into a decision. I highly recommend him, he makes all the process so much easier and enjoyable

Alex is exactly what you want in an agent. He was very patient with me for looking at houses, even when the house is misrepresented by the pictures. He is super knowledgeable about what is good and bad in a house in terms of maintenance and resale-ability and always pointed them out. Hes incredibly hard-working and you can tell he absolutely loves his job, which shows in the quality of his help in finding your new house. He educates you on everything in the process and answers every question without judgement. I will definitely be using Alexs help when finding my next house and would recommend everyone else do the same.
