As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were terrified of the home buying process - until we started working with Michelle. We had worked with agents in the past, but working with an agent like Michelle was an eye opening experience. Through closing on a house with Michelle, we learned a lot about the process. Buying a home is a very personal matter, and Michelle was an amazing listener. She asked what we needed, what we wanted, what we were willing to make sacrifices on and what our goals were. Using the answers we provided, she flawlessly guided us through all of the ups and downs (home buying is a roller coaster!) She expertly explained everything every step of the way, as if she had read the book yesterday. Most of all, she ways worked with the utmost amount of work ethic at all times. She continuously went above and beyond: she made countless phone calls, and in rare occasions where she didnt know the answer - she was honest about it and found it. When our goals changed, she adapted seamlessly and somehow managed to take a continuing education course purely to educate herself and guarantee that she was the best possible resource she could be. At the end of this process, we not only had a beautiful new home - but we also had a new friend and family member. If anyone tells you this process is easy, they are pulling your leg... Buying a house is an emotional, draining and scary process - but having an agent like Michelle on your side makes all the difference. Thank you so much Michelle!
