I literally dont know how to find the words to express how great it was to work with Cori, but I am going to try. I spoke and worked with other realtors and none of them compared to Cori. She is amazing at communicating and following up on things. She is just a phone call or text away. I had peace of mind with her throughout the entire process of selling my house. She was attentive, thoughtful, professional and had a sense of humor that will put you at ease immediately. She is my top choice for a realtor and she should be anybody elses too.

Cori was an INCREDIBLE help in my roommates and my housing search here in Seattle. Coming from North Carolina, her wealth of knowledge on local information was so comforting. She went above and beyond with helping contact rental agencies and landlords on our behalf to get the conversation started. She was always there to help point out issues she saw in walkthroughs that we would not have noticed otherwise. Thank you, Cori, for helping us out with all of our requirements (5 pets!) and we still came out under budget for our rental. Cori is one of the most professional and attentive humans I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The idea of finding a new home from the east coast was incredibly daunting, but Cori made the entire process feel so much simpler. She was adaptive, incredibly responsive and so patient at every turn. She attended tours, called other realtors and did so much for us to secure our home from almost 3,000 miles away.
