Beth is a remarkable professional. She knows the market, she listens to her clients and she combines these factors to find the most appropriate house for her clients. It may not be the house that earns her the largest commission, however it is the right house for the client. She is trustworthy and works for the client. And on top of that, she is a fabulous human being.

You will find no better realtor than Beth Bylund. She has extensive knowledge about the local market and the buying or selling process. She listens to what you have to say and can answer your questions or find the information you need. She will also tell you things you need to know, even if you didn't know you needed that information. She is honest, thorough, and works to protect her clients from buyers or sellers who may not be so forthright. You can't do any better than Beth.

Beth is the best! I bought my first home with her many years ago and immediately called her when it was time to finally sell it. She guided me through the process, told me what I needed to do to get ready and coached me on what to expect throughout the process. Buying and selling a house is stressful - I was so comfortable handing the reins to her and letting her guide me. She made it easy. I was out of town for much of the selling process and she went above and beyond handling things for me. She really cares about her clients and wants the best outcome. Hire her.

Beth is amazing--super knowledgeable about parts of town and busy streets and places to avoid. She helped us a lot as we were new to town. And her knowledge of plants and cool stores/restaurants/bakeries was outstanding.
