We've found our agent for life! We came to Andrew after a friend referred us when we weren't aligning well with a different agent, and we're now the 6th or 7th sold home in that referral chain. I didn't understand the value an agent could bring until we started working with him. He wasn't just making this sale, but was invested in ensuring we were in the right home for us. His knowledge about home construction and maintenance helped us make incredibly well informed decisions and understand what we could and couldn't easily change about a property. We always felt like a top priority and never felt like we asked a silly question (even when we know we did). All of his inspection referrals were also top quality! Fantastic human - 11/10!!

This is the second home we buy and after previously working with many real estate agents Andrew is definitely the best! No BS, had lots of insights and market knowledge, professional, always great to work with. We are though customers who question everything, Andrew managed to address all of our needs and get us all the details we asked for even when he had to go the extra mile. He managed the process of buying a house with us and helped to get it smoothly through all the different stages. We were buying from investors outside of the US and communication was rough but Andrew navigated it and made this easy for us. He negotiated the price, we were able to get a great deal.
