Billy and his team did a fantastic job helping us sell our condo as well as shopping for a home in the Seattle area. It was the first time my wife and I were selling property and Billy walked us through every step in the process. We walked through the condo together and determined what would make the property really shine. With their recommendations and contractors we renovated the entire unit in just over a month including; paint, kitchen counters, bathroom counter, fireplace tiling, and bathroom tiling. Their taste was impeccable and when it came to selling the unit it was sold in 36 hours for exactly the asking price!
On the home buying side Billy worked diligently scouring the listings in the area after we talked through what we were looking for and what were our must haves and nice to haves. As with all buying in Seattle it can be hit or miss on locations and a tough battle to find a great house. Billys feedback was invaluable when it came to neighborhoods, what to look for in terms of red flags and what things would really be green flags. It was so helpful to have someone that is so incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the entire process.
On top of rennovating, selling, and buying the other piece that we loved was being able to walk through what good offers would look like and everything that comes with all the paperwork. Billy carefully walked us through each step and each piece of paperwork.
When you hire Billy you are getting someone that will not stop working for you until you get the place of your dreams or sell for what the property is worth. There were times that we would send houses to Billy well into the evening, not expecting a response but sure enough he would jump right on our asks. I would highly recommend Billy as a honest, hardworking, and excellent agent to work with.
