Nancie got us into the market and negotiated an amazing deal against a really aggressive sellers agent. We chose her again to sell our home and managed to get a contract when everyone around us was struggling. She also has a great list of contacts so can do really fast inspections, find creative solutions for any hiccups and get you any maintenance or renovations planned quickly. Shes genuinely just a lovely person and made us feel so comfortable throughout. Couldnt recommend her highly enough, working with Nancie is the best choice!
