Camran is the best real estate agent, period. He knows the area extensively and takes care to really understand what it is you're looking for. He showed us a ton of houses, scheduling them in an efficient way that allowed us to go from house to house as quickly as possible, and gleaned from each house what it is we're really interested in. He pointed out flaws that could be problematic, everything from building materials to room layouts, neighborhoods to school districts. I highly recommend Camran and crew -- he'll take care of you!

Camran went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. Buying a home in this market is very very difficult. Camran was patient, gave advice appropriately and took us to see every house we wanted to. It took over 9 months but he stayed patient and positive. The market changes, our finances changed and our housing search changed, and he was super helpful during the whole process. I'll recommend anyone I know looking for a home to him.

I rarely write reviews. Could be due to laziness or busy life but our experience over the last three months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Camran Nazer provided us across the extended virus outbreak period. From the initial evaluation, to the advice we received on getting our work-in-progress ready for the purchase, the service was outstanding, and ranged from 'must-do' tasks to 'suggestions', realistic timescales, and helpful recommendations. His politeness, expertise, excellent communications, honest attitude which was a breath of fresh air and being at the top of the game made a stressful process of looking for a new house very reassuring. If anyone thinks that the work of Estate Agent is done once the house is bought, then they are as mis-informed as I was. The real work starts after the sale has been agreed. His after-sales progression management is second-to-none. He worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the purchase, from helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. He was readily available whenever we needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. His support and passion was uncanny and continual even after closing, from recommending trustworthy and expert team of contractors, to simply teaching us the methods of finding reassuring tenants, to guiding us through the right channels to handle after-purchase setups (such as billing and etc.), all-n-all was 1st class and flawless. I cannot recommend Camran Nazer more highly. I know that I would not use anyone else. We have now completed the purchase and are delighted with the service we received from Camran Nazer. His professionalism, dedication and "going above and beyond" ethic is exemplary! Thank you, Camran you really are AMAZING and absolutely WONDERFUL.
