Heather Dolin and Beth Dennis were absolutely amazing helping my husband and I sell our house in Seattle; it was a complex situation since we are living out of state and still had much personal property in which Removal required coordination between several parties, family, friends and consignment shop owner. In addition, the home itself needed to be prepared for sale. Heather and Beth handled it all seamlessly. They were always on it, taking care of every detail and always responsive. We are so thankful that we were referred to them to help us. They made what couldve been a stressful situation into a smooth flowing transaction. Our home sold in 17 days and closed in a month from the date it was listed.

Working with realtors Heather Dolin and Beth Dennis was an amazing experience! We cant imagine working with anyone else who knows the Seattle market better. During our home search Heather sent daily/weekly informative notes on all the appropriate listings in our price range. Beth was always available to book a showing whenever we requested- early mornings, late nights and weekends.
