Chelse was one of the best realtors I've worked with. In a 6month journey to find my home, She was available to propose houses that actually match my criteria, schedule tours that fit my schedule and provide an honest feedback on the houses toured and the offers we submitted. She was available every time I needed her input and I never had to wonder where my offer is standing. I trusted her as my agent and I already recommended her to my friends and family.

Chelse is amazing! She is passionate, detail- oriented, knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, and she truly cares about her clients. From the very beginning of the process, Chelse worked with us every step of the way. We never felt rushed or as if we were bothering her if we had questions or needed clarifications. We were nervous and unsure about selling and buying in this crazy market but she knew exactly who to contact and how to get us started. She noted our likes and dislikes and used the notes she gathered to find us our dream home. The home we fell in love with was a home we didn't really want to tour (the pictures did not do it justice) but she knew what she was doing when she left it on our tour schedule. We instantly fell in love and got it at list price! She also helped us get our old home prepared to sell. She knew exactly what needed to be done to get us the offer we wanted. Our house was on the market for 5 days and we got 6 offers! It sold for 80K over asking! Through that process we got early offers but she never once rushed us to make our final decision. Overall our experience with Chelse was truly amazing. I would recommend her to everybody! She will talk you through your decisions and give her opinion, but will never pressure you or rush you. She will work as hard as she can to find you your dream home and/ or sell your home.

My husband and I recently relocated to Seattle from Chicago and worked with Windermere's Chelse Smiley and Jeffrey Windland to find our new home. To say we had an amazing experience would be an understatement! Chelse's knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods (the good, the bad, and the ugly) saved us SO much time in searching for properties, especially since we could not come out to Seattle for quite some time to take tours in person. She offered to tour them on our behalf, offered honest feedback, and really helped us to narrow our search by the time we arrived. We were also on the fence about whether we wanted a house, townhome, or condo and she educated us on the current Seattle market to ensure we would get the best of everything on our wishlist within our budget. We ended up in beautiful Queen Anne thanks to her and Jeffrey's efforts to get us a tour within the hour the listing was posted and get our offer in before anyone else. The process felt so much easier than we expected thanks to their help and we will be recommending them to everyone we know from here on out.
