My wife and I went through some of lifes biggest changes in a very short amount of time (passing of both my parents, expecting our first child and moving 2,000 miles cross country). From the start, Allie Bailey took the reins and guided us through our first home sale. She was extremely kind, professional and efficient with our time. What we especially loved about working with Allie was her hands on approach with our listing. She was involved with every step from staging, to cleaning, to showing, to giving us moving boxes and she even gave us a weekend getaway basket during while our house showing was happening. We respect Allie immensely and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a top-notch home sale experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Allie both as a buyer and a seller. In both cases she exceeded our expectations and got us the results we didnt dream we could achieve. Buying experience: Allie took time to sit down with us and understand our must-haves, nice-to-haves, and deal breakers. Even though I was pretty hands on with our search, she was also active in searching and sending us homes she felt matched our style, and more importantly, gave us her honest opinion on houses she didnt think were right for us. She is an expert at crafting offers, helping us lock in our dream home with almost zero negotiations with the seller. Where Allie really shines is once your offer is accepted. She almost became our personal assistant, making sure everything about our move was going smoothly, from bringing us boxes, to contacting/facilitating vendors (eg for new blinds, appliances), to bringing us bagels on the morning we closed. Allie made the whole experience of buying a home as stress free as possible. Selling experience: Allie has a great eye for what excites buyers, and a solid understanding of the current market. She took care of everything, from getting our house staged, to coordinating photos, to getting painters, landscapers, and repairmen quoted and scheduled. But what I loved was all the little details that made such a big difference, like placing little signs around the home highlighting various features, and staying late one evening and planting tulips in our flower bed. She gave us all the relevant info we needed in order to decide on a competitive listing price, and due to her excellent insight and facilitation of open houses and handling offers, we ended up getting 9 offers and accepting an offer for 23% over asking price! I cant recommend Allie enough! Not only is she a great real estate agent, shes an amazing person that you cant help but want to be a part of your family.
