Katy is amazing. Selling a house is anxiety-producing, no matter how you slice it, and we ended up doing it more quickly than we eve intended. Katy had such energy and momentum, she really kept us going! Part coach, part advisor, part therapist, she's a great listener and problem-solver, and so adept at playing all the multiple roles that real estate agents have to perform.
