Im lucky to have met Sabrina serendipitously! Long story short, I had trouble finding a rental and Sabrina showed up offering to help. Sabrina was determined to find that needle in the haystack that met the needs and wants of a place I now call home! She demonstrated lots of patience, showcased her extensive knowledge of the industry, and did so in a fast and responsive manner. It was truly comforting knowing I had Sabrina in my corner acting as my advocate. I dont know how she does it, yet she works in impressive ways to make things happen! At the end of this journey, we found a beautiful place and even got to explore new neighborhoods in the process. I strongly recommend working with Sabrina if you have the chance, and I will happily partner with Sabrina again in the future!

Sabrina is the absolute best. She was so helpful in finding our perfect home in Bellevue . She also has found a home for our dear friends daughter in Tacoma .

Sabrina is absolutely fantastic! I had her recommended to me by a family friend and am so glad I had her help finding a place in the PNW! She was extremely communicative, considerate and overall wonderful to work with. After a number of failed attempts to find a place on my own, she found me a perfect spot that was within my budget and had all of the things I was hoping for in a rental. And all of this was done without even meeting up (I'm moving from out of the area)! Suffice to say, Sabrina is a wonder. I will definitely reach out to her in the future when looking to buy a place of my own!

My wife and I are X landlords, We meet Sabrina in the course of doing business. Sabrina is kind and pleasant individual to work with. While working with Sabrina she noticed I was picky on some issues on purchasing a new home and my requirement needs. She voiced my concerns to the sellers agent and was able to obtain resolutions. Sabrina has gone out of her way to make both parties involved happy. I have been in the rental business for over fifty five years and have never encountered a more delightful individual as Sabrina, Sabrina is on top. If my future needs require a real estate agent I would ask her again.

Sabrina is one of the best in the industry! She knows how to prepare a home for market the right way, weather it's general handymen, stagers, or photography- she only works with the best. Highly recommend!
