Fantastic agent. Jeff was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate world. He listened carefully to what I said I wanted, while also intuiting certain factors I didnt even know to consider. I could tell he wasnt just interested in the sale, but genuinely invested in finding me the perfect home. He was responsive, moved at my pace, and made me feel like I was his only client. Im so so happy with where I ended up. Would highly recommend working with Jeff when selling or buying a home.

Jeff is delightful. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Jeff helped me find a great home, and was present, available, caring and attentive throughout the process, without ever being intrusive. His level of competency is outstanding - he works with the kind of ease that comes with a deep and well versed breadth of knowledge. He has a great sense of interiors and possibilities - he won't impose, but if you ask him, I'm hoping you will be as taken as I was by his astute and attuned perceptions. Jeff helped me with a home purchase after my divorce and a home sale after a death in the family - both incredibly emotional times. He's not only professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, I appreciate his sense of humor and his humanity. He's got a great eye for detail and will truly do what it takes to make a sale or purchase happen. Everything from finding the right bulb for an obscure light fixture to moving furniture (and I mean moving furniture!) Jeff knows how important it is to really understand what his clients want, and if that's a quirky house with every room painted a different color, he'll make it yours.

Jeff was great at helping me navigate everything that needed to be done for closing. I was also out of state for a few weeks before the closing and he helped navigate and support me with everything that needed done up until closing. I got a great price for my place and he did a great job getting it sold quickly!

I truly, truly can't recommend Jeff highly enough. There aren't really words to capture just how thoughtful, attentive, patient, kind and above all exceptionally competentJeff is. He cares. This isn't just a job for Jeff, it's a philosophy predicated on relationship-building and trust, underpinned by an understanding that buying a home is so much more than a transaction. I'll spare the long list of examples but just know that Jeff will be by your side every step of the way in this ridiculously insane market where offers are due on short notice and where weekends and nights are not uncommon. The thing about Jeff that has brought the most unexpected value is his network of people to whom he graciously makes introsinspectors, electricians, contractors, handypeople, designers, really whatever you need. And if he doesn't know someone personally, he'll use his thoughtful ways to find a referral through someone else in his network. In short, I can't imagine using anyone else to help me buy a home. And if and when the time comes to sell my home, I can't fathom going anywhere else. Genuinely wish there were more Jeffs in the worldit would be a consistently kinder, patient, funnier, and happier place.
