Ashlyn is an amazing real estate agent, helping me with both the sale of my last home and purchase of my new home. After the sale of my last house, it took a while for me to find a home I wanted to purchase, and Ashlyn worked with me for a number of years to find the perfect spot. She maintained regular communication and never made me feel pressured or like I was wasting her time when I wanted to just go check something out. She cares about her clients and take time to get to know not only their taste level and style but also them personally, she understands buying or selling a house is a huge undertaking. Ashlyn is an amazing realtor and I can't recommend her enough if you are shopping around in Seattle. We used Ashlyn to both sell our condo and buy our new home in Sunset Hill. Ashlyn made the whole process easy and fun, and we felt confident in her knowledge of how to sell a house and buy one at the right price. What set her apart from other great realtors was her deep knowledge of the Seattle area and she was able to give us in depth information about both the properties and the neighborhoods. There was so much more to buying a home that I wasn't thinking of, and Ashlyn helped us buy like a pro.
