Paul was a fantastic listing agent for us. Not only did he get us an amazing offer that was far above and beyond what we expected, he kept us motivated through what was an emotionally and physically challenging move from our long-time residence. It's fair to say without him, we'd still be in our old place. Also, since this was our first time selling a house, he made sure that we understood all the details of the transaction, and was available any time we had questions. I highly recommend Paul if you are buying or selling a home.

Paul was hired to be our listing agent and now we consider him to be a life-long friend. As soon as we made the decision to sell our home, Paul worked above and beyond to keep us motivated about the sale as well as helping us with the arduous task of moving out. As much as I dislike moving, Pauls cheerful and can-do attitude made the downsize from our house to the condo an enjoyable experience - much to my surprise and delight. Now with the sale behind us, Im very glad that we moved out when we did. Personally, hes the best listing agent I've had the pleasure to work with.
