Daniel was awesome to work with as first time homebuyers. He went over the process with a ton of useful information, and would make sure we understood each step before moving on. For every house we were interested in, he would review the listing, and let us know any aspects that may not have been initially apparent or that we missed. For every home we toured, he was able to point out pros and cons we wouldn't have even known to look for. He made sure to understand what was important to us and our lifestyle, and really helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for in a home. Even though he is extremely knowledgeable, he made sure that any decision was ultimately up to us, and that he was just giving us all the information. By the time we found our house we had no doubts it was the best choice for us, and with Daniel's recommendations were able to put in an offer swiftly and successfully. We'd absolutely recommend Daniel as a relator to anyone looking to buy!

I cant recommend Daniel enough. As a first time buyer, Daniel gave a lot of details in a very methodical way, which I really prefer, on every step of house hunting and purchasing. On my journey of house hunting, which was quite a long one spanning about 6 months, Daniel was always there to answer all the questions I have. The service Daniel provided was way over expectations. I am glad that we worked this out together.

Years ago Daniel helped buy my first home in Seattle. Since then, my family has grown and it became time to upgrade to a bigger house. Daniel of course was our obvious choice - he is just awesome to work with - and he helped us to close on our dream house!! Here are just a few examples, that make him stand out for us: - He helped us break down an immense search area from Everett all the way down to Tacoma into manageable pieces and he took us out on several research trips to help us understand how much house we can get for a budget in each of them. - You don't have to blindly trust his advice - He is super transparent and always shares all the underlying data with you, so you can easily come to the same conclusions by yourself. - He does everything! He got us an awesome inspector (you want to work with Jeff!), broke down the report on what we can reasonably negotiate, hired several experts (plumbers, electrician, deck specialist, roofer) to get bids which we then used in the negotiation - we didn't have to do anything, Daniel handled it all. It was amazing! - He gives great advice on how to make a strong offer or approach negotiations, but he made it clear that in the end its our decision. So even though we went against some of his advice, he fought hell to get us what we wanted - and successfully! I can recommend Daniel without hesitation - and if we ever are in need of a realtor again, he will be obvious choice.
