Nicole is simply the best!! We have both purchased and sold a home with Nicole. She made the selling process a breeze! She worked within our budget for small improvements, found quality contractors, managed the process, and in the end our house looked top notch!! She made all the right decisions about listing and negotiating. We ended up selling way over asking and both buyer and seller were happy. We were so lucky that she was able to represent us in the transaction. I would give it 6 stars if I could. She is patient, and knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to make her clients happy. She knows what she is doing and will give you great advice. Plus she is fun to drive around with on Saturday mornings looking at houses. We bought our first and second house in Seattle with Nicole and couldn't be happier.

We've long had a vision for our adult son with special needs that he would someday have his own place and live independently in secure housing. Nicole just helped us make our vision a reality! Nicole helped us buy a home when we moved to Seattle during the period of housing market uncertainty in 2022-2023. We were new to Seattle and were difficult clients in that we had some specific requirements but were open to a wide range of locations and home types and sizes. As a result, we ended up touring many dozens of homes before finally finding what we wanted. Throughout all of this, Nicole remained patient, accommodating, responsive, and tireless as she drove us all over town to explore listings in neighborhoods from Federal Way to Everett and homes from 5 BR houses to 2 BR condos. Despite the many trips, she was always enthusiastic and never said no to our requests. In every home we visited, she demonstrated her keen eye for detail. She could walk into a home and immediately notice things (good and bad) that we would have easily missed. When we finally found the right home, she facilitated the closing process making it a painless breeze to negotiate a price we were happy with, get an expert inspection done quickly, and represent us smoothly to the escrow agent. We are so very happy with our new home and the process to get itthanks to Nicole!
