I highly recommend Chris, who is a very skilled and knowledgeable realtor. He also has a great personality and is excellent to work with. As my agent, he adeptly handled the listing and sale of an estate home, and all of the steps involved. He provided excellent service and a very competitive realtor fee. He proactively made recommendations throughout the process, always advising - but never pushing. Chris excellent service included: market valuation, cleaning/staging, marketing with professional photos and drone video, MLS listing, offer and multiple offers analysis and negotiation strategy, and pre-closing tasks. I recommend Chris to family and friends, and will not hesitate to partner with him again on my future realtor needs.

Chris is the best! We've sold two properties with Chris, and we've sent our friends and neighbors to him as well. One of our properties was quite challenging, as it required extensive updating and repair. Chris has the contacts to get it done in marvelous fashion, and at the lowest cost. Chris was there every step of the way. His advice and guidance got us top dollar...TWICE!!! You can count on his expert analysis, but more importantly you can count on his word. There wasn't a single thing that he said he would do that he didn't. The next time we need to move a lifetime of wealth in a transaction or two, there is only one agent we'd trust.
