Heather was great in helping my find my first home. When I first started looking, I no idea about what I was doing, but thanks to Heather's help I felt well prepared when talking to lenders and interpreting all the documents that came my way. She's responsive, knowledgable and knows the market well. I felt like I could really trust her. I can't recommend her enough!

My wife and I met Heather on a random Sunday showing in Greenwood. We just started our casual hunt, had no realtor, and didnt think we serious. Heather was warm and kind and we instantly liked her. We started talking about our wants and she found us some really nice places to look at. We discussed classes we should take and how to get ready for getting serious. 2 weeks after meeting Heather, we found the house! We went from casually looking to serious so fast!!!! Heather gave us so much knowledge and helped prep us for the whirlwind of actually buying a house. And she helped us talk strategy on how to win the bidding war but still protect ourselves. A week after finding our house, our offer was accepted, and a month later we closed on our first house!!!!! Heather is amazing!!!

Heather helped us buy our first home, and it was such a seamless process. She held our hands through the entire process from helping us find a lender to connecting us with a home inspection. She was knowledgable, patient, very skilled at what she does, and overall a great human. We cannot recommend her enough and will continue having her help us with future needs.

Working with Heather was AMAZING! This was our first home purchase and the whole process was informative, helpful and even fun. Heather has a wealth of knowledge about what to look out for when purchasing a property and that knowledge helped us find a home that we truly love.
