        The actual test was done well. The therapist was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained each aspect of the test clearly. The only issue I had was with check-in. It was change of shift for the nursing unit. There were a number of nurses using the PFT check-in desk for report. Even telling them why I was there only resulted in the comment "sit over there". I was precisely on time. Finally, after the third time I asked, one of the nurses went to find the therapist and everything proceeded smoothly. If I was asked to arrive at a certain time, there should be an awareness by the team and someone whose job it is to check for the patient .
