Selling a house is a major event in an individuals life. I am a supporter of small business and contacted several real estate agents/brokers, none of whom I felt were sincere but rather estimating a future commission. With so many options in real estate firms, an important factor is a personal touch while looking out for my best interests. After a comprehensive evaluation of several choices, I decided to commission Tish Taitano. I am confident that I received the highest net selling profit using this company due to the low closing costs and nominal associated fees. Tish maintained the utmost professionalism, informativeness, and recommendations throughout the selling process. This broker was extremely flexible and willing to work around my hectic schedule. She kept me apprised of matters that I may have overlooked. I opine that my interests were genuinely represented and Tish was dedicated to serving me and not the end commission result. In my estimation, per my spreadsheet of calculated real estate fees, Tish charged the lowest fees. I was provided with comps and reasonable factors for my home selling price. My net sale was profitable and I am saving the funds until I find a suitable home. I will, of course, commission Tish Taitano in that future instance.

Tish is absolutely amazing- I would 100% recommend her for all of your real estate needs! She helped guide me through the real estate portion of my divorce, breaking each process down to much simpler terms for me to understand- both when selling my marital home & helping me purchase a new home! I would like to say for both my mom and I. Tish Taitano is hands down one of the best realtors we ever dealt with. She was very patient and kept us patient in picking the right one for us. She knows real estate and kept it simple on how she explained things. I learned a lot from her. All we had to do was look at our emails to see what she found on the market and it was either yes or no from us. I like the fact that she put her time and good energy into finding the right one for us. When we finally found the perfect home, mom and I fell in love with it. Thank you again Tish....
