They expertly handled every aspect of the sale of our beloved Seattle home. This was a complex endeavor because we had to move out of state prior to the completion of many tasks including repairs, cleaning, staging, listing and finally open houses. David & Jamie were amazing to work with when we sold our condo. Simply put. From the very beginning, it was obvious these two are experts in their field. They were realistic with market value, while also advocating to get us the best price and quick/efficient close. Throughout the entire process, they kept us in the know of what was going on behind the scenes, and were always prompt with responses - no matter the day or time. David and Jamie were amazing to work with. Selling your home is very difficult, and during an up and down market extra difficult. Davids customer care, and communication during the process was attentive and thoughtful. David and Jamies, understanding of the housing market insured we got the maximum amount for our house. They provided an excellent market analysis and good advice on how to present the house. It was a one stop engagement. David and Jamies assistance with the stager, handyman, photographer and gardener made for a seamless experience preparing the house. We highly recommend David and Jamie!
