When I found myself recently looking to buy another property, I immediately wanted to work with Andrea again. She had been wonderful through the purchase and sale of my previous home and knew she was great to work with. We toured a few places in my preferred neighborhood with not much luck and I was on a bit of a time crunch. She expanded the search a bit and pushed me to look outside of my neighborhood but still close by and with a similar feel. Well, she hit the nail on the head! I instantly fell in love with the condo I ended up purchasing. She worked with my mortgage guy and she was able to negotiate a buy-down from the seller. I can't say enough about working with her. She's the full package and also just an amazing human. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great real estate agent in the Seattle area.

Andrea is absolutely the best! She's been my go-to agent for the past 15 years, helping our family several times with buying and selling properties. She helped us secure our house in a crazy multiple offer market and also helped us find an agent in another area where we bought a second home. She was there to answer all our questions and help ease us through the process the entire way, even when she wasnt the one representing us. One of her biggest strengths is her negotiation skill & style. She is able to troubleshoot, walk me through all our options, negotiate the best deal & terms and most important, answer all my questions. Andrea has a high level of communication and responsiveness, plus an expansive network of professionals to assist with all the extras of buying and selling homes (high quality mortgage broker referrals, quick repairs, cleaners etc.). She goes above and beyond to ensure we have a streamlined experience, regardless of the general stress related to buying/selling homes. I have recommended her to many of my friends and will continue to do so as she is my go-to realtor!

Sinead and Andrea were amazing! They helped me figure out what my house was worth currently, vs doing some updates and what the value would be with the updates. I decided to move forward with the updates and I am so happy I did! It ended up selling for $100k more than we had originally thought. They were open, honest and very communicative throughout the entire process. I wont hesitate to hire them again for any of my future real estate needs.

Andrea is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable, friendly, super responsive, and has her clients needs uppermost in mind. She was able to locate the exact building and floor plan I wanted in Ballard. She even helped me get some answers to questions from the previous owner post-transaction. I highly recommend her!

I've sold and bought many homes. My experience with Andrea was by far my best ever. Within only a few days she was able to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. Andrea is highly professional and super friendly. She was always there when we needed her! I traveled internationally during the process and Andrea was incredibly supportive and patient all while managing my unforeseen delays with other agents. She's one in a million. Look nowhere else!
