Jennifer is amazing! From the moment we were introduced to her she was nothing but extremely helpful in the whole process of purchasing a home while we were still physically living in Guam! She made the entire process so simple and accommodating. We can't continue to thank her enough for all her help in helping us achieve our goal of purchasing our new home in Washington. We have worked with Jen for the last three years to buy homes, renovate, and build our investment rental portfolio. Jen is not only an amazing realtor but incredibly knowledgeable about investment, construction, and rentals. We enjoy bouncing our future renovation and construction ideas off of her. Jennifer and her team helped get my family and I into our first home. We were quite hesitant and were frank with her that until she handed us our keys in our hands, we will see the situation as a cup half empty. She was and is phenomenal! We purchased a house by making multiple trips up to Washington from California and she always made time for us. We didn't think buying a house past more than one state line could be this smooth. She kept us updated via email, text, and she would call. There was never a point in the process where I did not know what was going on. She has great intuition also - I value her thoughts and opinions because she really has your best interest at heart. Jennifer does not sugar coat things, so if you want a realtor that can be transparent, she is definitely the one. The one thing I took away from all our interactions, is there is no dumb question. Being a new homeowner, I was learning things as we went through the process and she always took time to explain the importance of the topics. Out of viewing 12 houses, Jen suggested an extra one, and of course, that was the house we fell in love with. It wasn't us who found it on Redfin or Zillow, it was Jen who introduced our forever home to us. You can't go wrong working with Jen and her team. She is a valuable realtor and connection to have as we all trek along through life.

Jennifer is an excellent realtor, and we would highly recommend working with her! She is super responsive and easy to communicate with. She was very thorough and diligent throughout the entire process - on numerous occasions, she chased down extra information or checked back in with a listing agent in order to better represent us. Over the course of our year long house hunt, she was incredibly patient as we looked at a ton of houses across a huge range of neighborhoods. She is attentive and positive, which are great qualities at any time but especially in this crazy market! We really appreciate the level of support that we've received from Jennifer and we are thrilled to have a home as a result of her hard work!
