Justin was amazing with our Aug 2016 condo purchase in Alki Beach area of Seattle. We knew we wanted to get a house in 2017, and feared we were already priced out, but we managed with Justin's expert advice and timing suggestions to not only get a house, 8 houses from the beach but to also get our offer accepted at $86,000 less than what we were willing to pay. Pretty amazing, it really was timing and strategy based on Justin's advice. Justin is a friend first and our agent second, and we very much appreciate all the time given to us, even if only 1 text a day or 15. His strategy advice was spot on so many times. Yes, he is superman to us.

Justin went above and beyond in every aspect possible. Our purchase process was very involved and required a lot of work - Justin was there at every step. It was a seamless process in an unique environment with covid. We love our home and loved the experience with Justin - we wouldn't have changed anything.
